Hi Everyone, Another week at the farm! Sue and Claude are busy getting their second cutting of hay done during this spell of dry weather, and we're continuing to work on weeding projects, harvesting, and getting in some final plantings before the fall. The winter squash is looking fantastic this year, and the onions and root veggies are all coming along nicely. We have a lot of tomatoes for you this week, so whip out those lasagna recipes or make some fresh sauce or eat tomat

Hi Everyone, Things are going pretty well at the farm. We're in high summer and everything is really producing! The days are hot, but the evenings are cooling off with a hint of autumnal weather. The zinnias are in full bloom, the squash and tomatoes are loaded, and the onions and winter squash and potatoes are looking very promising.
